Chestnuts, mushrooms, garlic and shallots cooked in butter! Wow, how can that not make your mouth water!? Chestnuts and garlic you can get at the Atchison Farmers Market! Add cream and gruyere cheese and you got me! By the way 100 grams of chestnuts is about a quarter pound. Enjoy this delectable dish this week!
