About Us
Fresh, Friendly, Local Since 1998
At the Atchison Farmers’ Market, we believe in the power of fresh food, friendly faces, and supporting our local community. For years, we’ve connected farmers, ranchers, bakers, and artisans with customers who care about quality and flavor.
Whether you’re shopping for fresh produce, delicious baked goods, or specialty items like honey and grass-fed meats, the Atchison Farmers’ Market is your go-to destination for real food grown and crafted with care.
Our Mission
To provide our community with nutritious, fresh, locally grown and produced food while fostering a friendly atmosphere where vendors and customers can connect.

Our History
The Atchison Farmers’ Market was founded in 1998 with support from the City of Atchison. Over the years, the market has grown into a cherished community hub with 20+ long-time vendors, representing nearly 200 years of combined experience.
From humble beginnings to becoming a cornerstone of downtown Atchison, we’re proud of the relationships we’ve built with our customers and vendors alike.
