Sinclair Farms
We have spent the last 3 years at the Topeka Down Town Farmers Market; we are wanting to travel less this year, staying closer to home while splitting our Saturdays between farm work and the farmers market. We raise pork, beef, and have a few handfuls of free range chickens with beautiful chicken eggs. We raise a small homestead garden. We are wanting to sell at the Atchison Farmers Market this year to be closer to our community.

St. Elizabeth's Bakery
I skeptically began my foray into sourdough about five years ago, since then we have replaced all our family's store bought bread products with homemade sourdough items and haven't looked back. As I've expanded my baking I've made it to the point of having a bit too much bread for my small family to eat, so I wanted to try offering it to the community via the Atchison Farmers Market. Each flower is grown, picked, and arranaged with love and attention to detail, While each sourdough loaf is baked with intentionality. I hope the treasures of my garden bring you and those you share it with delight in every way.

Pauli's Pies
Pauli's delicious pies I've lived on a farm for 50 years and been involved with many agricultural programs. I've been baking most of my life using "from scratch" techniques. My products are delicious and I use mostly grown natural ingredients for a taste of what food should taste like, not what is mass produced from grocery stores with preservatives and chemicals. Come taste the goodness at Pauli's Pies 🥧 😋 Find Pauli's Pies on Facebook and Instagram!
