Jirak Family Produce is a family-owned business in Cummings, KS, operated by Mark and Theresa Jirak along with their six children. Dedicated to growing fresh, high-quality vegetables, they supply farmers’ markets, restaurants, schools, and food service providers.
With twelve acres of farmland in the Missouri River bottoms and an additional eight acres in Cummings, KS, the Jirak family grows a variety of produce, including sweet corn, watermelons, cantaloupe, bell peppers, snacking peppers, tomatoes, grape tomatoes, green beans, squash, and cucumbers. They also operate a vibrant pumpkin patch.
Recently, they expanded their offerings by adding an apple orchard and now sell honey and free-range chicken eggs. Their mission is to deliver the highest quality, best-tasting fresh produce to ensure an exceptional experience for their customers.
