Chipotle Honey Barbeque Sauce For ribs, pulled pork, or shredded beef. 1 c. honey 1 c. ketchup ½ c. apple cider vinegar 2Tb soy sauce 2 chipotle chilies (roasted Jalapenos in adobo sauce, canned) 2 Tb adobo sauce 2 teasp. chili powder 1 teasp. ground cumin 1 teasp. minced garlic ½ teasp. salt Place all in a sauce pan, cook for 5-8 minutes, cool and eat! This IS spicy and makes 2 cups; half recipe works well. For less heat, use only the adobo sauce and leave out the chipotle chilies.
