Caprese Salad

Caprese Salad Place tomato slices, alternating with mozzarella slices, on a large serving platter. Combine oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well. Drizzle over tomatoes and mozzarella; sprinkle with basil.
